Are You Frustrated With Selling Through Emails?
Are you frustrated with your online marketing efforts?
Your website is not alone. My websites have been posted and received very few visitors in the past. Unless you are an online guru, we are probably on the same page.
Have you heard of selling through emails?
I have. Again and again I sent out my emails, but when you only have a handful of people on your list, you do not get much in the way of results. I admit, I have failed miserable at email promotion.
Is it possible that we have been sold a bill of goods? Or, is it possible we need a few more secrets to make it work just right for us?
I think I may have found the missing ingredient. When it comes to email marketing, I have found a new element that works.
Yes, all the gurus will tell you that email promotion is the solution, but then they tell you about the “can spam” issue. Basically, unless you have your own acquired list developed painstakingly over months and months of giveaways, don’t do it.
By definition sending out unsolicited (no opt-in) emails is spam. People don’t want them. So, do not send them.
The situation then is this: we just cannot send out enough emails to make email marketing work like it is suppose to. Right?
Did you know it is perfectly legal to let someone else send out your email ad to their email list? It is not spam. Instead, it is content for the list owner.
One day I saw this ad from an internet marketing service company. They offered to send out my email ad to their huge list of opt-in consumers. In just a few minutes, my ad was delivered to millions.
I suppose there are many different ways to do this, but since I have always been told I needed my own list; I use this bulk email approach to build my list. I take my usual, opt-in offer and set it up to receive the responses from the bulk email promotion. I offer my free item, and thousands sign up on my list. Now I can legitimately market to them again and again at no additional cost.
Now I can begin getting much better results. Each time I send out an email, I can expect to strengthen my connection with my email list. Every email promotes traffic and sales.
I try to follow all the customary guidelines when it comes to my emails just to be sure I do it right. I avoid extreme promise, words like free, deep discounts, and emails that are too long.
One thing that is vital for every email is a call to action. When the reader asks themselves, “Why am I reading this?” You call to action will give them an answer they will appreciate.
